Get your heart pumping and your feet moving with our cardio tennis program. This is an energizing and full-body workout that blends high-intensity cardio training with fun and fast-paced tennis drills. Designed for all skill levels, Cardio Tennis keeps you constantly active with continuous movement, upbeat music, and a variety of engaging activities that improve endurance, footwork, and overall fitness.
