This program is for players with no playing experience.
Student to Pro Ratio is 6:1.
ADULT INTERMEDIATE (Tennis Rating of 2.5 to 3.5)
This program is for players with some playing experience but looking to develop better technique and tennis fundamentals.
Student to Pro Ratio is 5:1
ADULT HIGH PERFORMANCE (Tennis Rating of 4.0+)
This program is for players who can rally consistently from the baseline: These players can serve well and keep score and are keen to fine tune all the technical aspects of the game.
Student to Pro Ratio is 4:1.
POINT PLAY (Two Levels 2.5 – 3.5 & 3.5+)
The Program is designed to improve your match playing ability. Learn how to win points, target weakness and play more consistently. Point play is aimed at players who can rally consistently from the baseline: 8 – 10 ball rally with a partner (4 – 5 balls each).
Student to Pro Ratio is 4:1.
CARDIO TENFIT (Differing Levels of Classes)
This class is more about fitness than playing tennis.
Each class is an hour long, with a short warm-up, a 45-minute full body workout, footwork drills, aerobics, non stop tennis shots, shots and more shots and a short cool down.

Some dynamic stretching, skills and drills to get your body warm and mind sharp, ready for the workout to begin!
- Aerobics
Here’s your chance to dance, hit loads of shots – forehands, backhands, serves, you name it – all mixed with a variety of intensive fitness activities.
- Cool down
Well done, you did it! Now it’s time to recover and stretch.
