ORANGE BALL
The 3/4 court stage is the most important stage of progressive development as the court dimensions are adjusted smaller but with a similar ratio as the full court. This step helps ensure the development of an all court game style. The key is to develop the same tactics as full court tennis along with the associated techniques.

Level 1
This program is for players with no playing experience.
Level 2
This program is for players who can rally consistently from 1/2 court: 4-6 ball rally with a partner (2-3 balls each). Players are transitioning to 3/4 court.
Level 3
This program is for players who can rally consistently from 3/4 court: 6-8 ball rally with a partner (3-4 balls each).
Level 4
This program is for players who can rally consistently from 3/4 court: 8 – 10 ball rally with a partner (4 – 5 balls each).
Level 5
This program is for players who can place shots with consistency (12 – 14 ball rally with a partner (6 – 7 balls each) from the baseline and consistently get their serve in when playing matches.
