GREEN BALL
The Green Dot ball is intended to provide players with a slower and more controlled bounce compared to regular tennis balls. This helps players develop proper technique, improve their playing skills, and build confidence on the court before transitioning to standard tennis balls.

Level 1
This program is for players with no playing experience.
Level 2
This program is for players with minimal playing experience that can rally from 1/2 court or transition to 3/4 court.
Level 3
This program is for players who can rally consistently from 3/4 court: 6 – 8 ball rally with a partner (3 – 4 balls each). Players are transitioning to full court.
Level 4
This program is for players who can rally consistently from full court: 8 – 10 ball rally with a partner (4 – 5 balls each).
Level 5
This program is for players who can place shots and rally with consistency. 10+ ball rally with a partner (5+ balls each). Players can also serve, rally, and score from the baseline and consistently get their serve in when playing matches.
